Ideal Farm in UAE
Mawashi has a state-of-the-art animal farm in the heart of the animal farming industry in Al Saad, near Al Ain. We have local and imported breeds of sheep and goats of superior quality genetics. These animals will be utilized in our program to improve genetics of local herds over time.
We are collaborating with academic institutions to do applied research to stay on top of the latest techniques and procedures. Cross breeding of local and imported species are also done to achieve the fastest carcass growth, bearing in mind local consumer tastes and preferences.
The farm is also utilized as a virtual and physical model to demonstrate our services and equipment to farmers on social media and on open days.
